Frequently asked questions
Is Prizma Compatible with Actions & Stuff?
Soon! Resource Pack creators first needs to enable the Vibrant Visuals toggle. As soon as Actions & Stuff's update arrives, Prizma is prepared to be fully compatible!

Is Prizma Compatible with other packs?
All Add-Ons work with Prizma by default. For texture packs and maps, they must have Vibrant Visuals enabled by the creator. Once they toggle on Vibrant Visuals they'll work with Prizma.

How much does Prizma cost?
Prizma costs 990 Minecoins. You can buy it by searching "Prizma Visuals" on the Minecraft Marketplace or going to https://prizma-visuals.com/marketplace

What if I don't like Prizma's custom textures or animations?
You can disable them! Just switch to a different mode. VANILLA Mode turns off custom textures and animations, so you'll only get the lighting and surface detailing. CLASSIC Mode turns off animations but keeps the textures.

What's the difference between Prizma Legacy and Prizma 2.0?
Prizma 2.0 adds custom animations, three customizable modes, advanced PBR materials with heightmaps, 3D items, glowing ores, and ongoing updates.

Does Prizma work on the Nintendo Switch?
Unfortunately, Prizma Visuals 2.0 requires Vibrant Visuals, which is not currently available on Nintendo Switch. We hope this changes in the future.

Will Prizma lag on my device?
If your device supports Vibrant Visuals, it's designed to handle Prizma Visuals 2.0. Performance should be smooth on compatible devices. See the Performance & Settings page for help.

Can I use Prizma on my Realm?
Yes, as long as your Realm settings allow resource packs and all players have Vibrant Visuals compatible devices. Any players without Vibrant Visuals compatible devices won't be able to see the Prizma effects.

Can I use Prizma in my videos or streams?
Yes! You're welcome to create content featuring Prizma Visuals 2.0. We'd love to see what you create and how you share your experiences with the pack.

Will there be updates after launch?
Yes! Prizma Visuals 2.0 will receive ongoing updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are handled by the Minecraft Marketplace and your platform (Xbox, PlayStation, Apple, Google Play, etc.). Contact Minecraft/Microsoft support or your platform's customer service for refund inquiries.

Does Prizma change gameplay or mechanics?
No, Prizma is purely visual. It doesn't change any game mechanics, mob behavior, crafting recipes, or gameplay elements. Only how the game looks and feels.

Why does Prizma require Vibrant Visuals?
Vibrant Visuals is Microsoft's rendering system that enables the deferred rendering, realistic lighting, PBR materials, and visual effects that make Prizma possible. Without Vibrant Visuals, these features simply can't work.

Prizma isn't showing any effects. What do I do?
Make sure:
Prizma Visuals is enabled in your resource packs
Vibrant Visuals is selected in Settings > Video
You don't have other resource/texture packs enabled without VV compatibility (causes the VV toggle to be grayed out)
If all these are correct and you still don't see effects, try restarting Minecraft.

The water looks transparent. What's wrong?
Simply reload your world. The water should display correctly after reloading. This is a known Minecraft Vibrant Visuals issue that affects multiple VV-enabled packs, not just Prizma.
